Anyone care to weigh in on food choices? Right now we are looking at some options for plated dinners or a buffet style dinner which is either pasta or a taco bar. I didn’t know if we needed to offer a choice of main course, like if we have pork or chicken, do we need to also offer a different meat or vegetarian option? We can’t offer too many options because every time we change, we add $$ to the total cost. If we do a buffet, you can pick and choose, but I didn’t know what people would want. You have until Sunday to weigh in on your thoughts. Hope people still read this!
what to eat???

Yo-
go with the buffet – no need for “pickiness”. word on the street is some local alumni – might go – come on people…if some of us fly in for the Main Event – there’s no excuses for a no-show!!! I’ll even buy you your first drink or shot if you prefer…
Keeping it real on the West Side.
